EMDR, NLP, and Reiki can be incorporated into your therapy session. 

• The first session is the intake. I get a complete biopsychosocial/spiritual intake. (typically 1.5 hours)

• In the next session, we discuss long-term and short-term goals (treatment planning) so we have a guideline for where you want to be and how you want to get there. Then, we set out on the journey of healing together.

• The following sessions incorporate treatment methods agreed upon by both of us. Along the way, we will include certain test scores to help you track your progress and see the improvements.

• This is your plan, your goals, and you are the one who does the work. My job is to guide you and help you accomplish your goals. I provide tools and methods to help you heal and learn to heal yourself. It is a journey of healing, and we are both in it together!

• Are you unhappy with where your life is taking you, or has taken you?

• Do you have a past that keeps haunting you?
